20 September 2013
The Streets-wise team are to share their experience of leading behaviour change around energy use in a cross-channel collaboration in Brittany this October.
Streets-wise trainers will join French community groups from Côtes d’Armor and Lannion-Tregor, alongside Sustainable South Brent and 361 Energy from Devon, Transition Marlborough from Wiltshire.
The visit is part of the Sustainable Energy Across the Common Space (SEACS) exchange project: a partnership between the local authorities of Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Côtes d’Armor and Lannion-Tregor in Brittany, France.
SEACS was set up in May 2011 to reduce energy demand, implement energy efficiency measures and use renewable energies.
